Rosemay Latortue, MD

Internal Medicine

Clinically, Dr. Latortue practices Internal Medicine but has expertise in diabetes  and in complex chronic illness, most specifically cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Rosemay T. Latortue is one of the most experienced Board-Certified Internists in Tampa, FL. After studying Medicine at The Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO, she enrolled in Residency at Aurora Medical Center, a division of the University of Wisconsin. It is after this course of study that she moved to Tampa and established a private practice which has been thriving for 33 years.

Arguably a very astute physician, Dr. Latortue remains current with regards to the latest treatments and management options in Internal Medicine. Furthermore, she has incorporated the use of natural remedies and nutrition as ways to prevent illness, and to help the body heal itself in sickness. This type of integrative medicine and health focuses on the whole person and is conducive to optimal health and healing. 

Dr. Rosemay T. Latortue is a member of the American College of Physicians, The National Medical Association, and The Hillsborough County Medical Association. Dr. Latortue is also affiliated with Advent Hospital, Tampa.

Being a native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Dr. Latortue is fluent in French and Creole. Dr. Latortue is known for thoroughness of evaluation, willingness to answer questions, and clarity of instructions. To this end, Dr. Latortue has received Health Care Innovation awards. Her publications include an abstract in Multiple Sclerosis, and spiritual Christian Literature. Rosemay T. Latortue, M.D. resides with her family in Tampa, FL, and has two incredible sons, ages 34, and 30.


Ann-Marie Harris, APRN, NP-C, has been a nurse for 20yrs and has dedicated her life to caring for others. Her healthcare career started in the 90s when she became a combat medic for the Army National Guard and then the U. S. Army Reserves. She then obtained her Bachelor of Science at Marymount College, a Bachelor's in Nursing at Seton Hall University, and a Master's in Business at AIU. 

After nursing school, Ms. Harris worked in specialty areas, including Medical-Surgical nursing, Orthopedics, Neurology, and Respiratory Special Care. Mrs. Harris then decided to further her education after many years of working with her community in healthcare by obtaining her Master's Degree in Advance Practice Nursing from Chamberlain University.

Mark Roldan, APRN

Primary Care

Mark Roldan, APRN, was born in Vineland, NJ, and grew up in New Port Richey, FL. His mother was a nurse for over 25 years, inspiring him to enter the medical field. He graduated from Florida Southern College in 2018 with MSN/APRN and is board certified in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care. Besides general Primary Care, Mark has experience in Urology, Functional Medicine, and Interventional Pain Medicine.

Mark enjoys family time as well as both meeting and helping people. His particular interests include fitness, music, and travel.
